A modern decorated and air conditioned restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner. Each day, guests can choose between several types of cured meats and cheeses, several types of spreads (butter, cream cheese, sour cream, pates), eggs, fruit yoghurt, milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, various cereals and several types of fresh bread . Those with a sweet tooth will be able to enjoy various jams, chocolate spreads, puddings and different fruits. In every case, friendly hosts will do their best to serve their guests what they'd like to eat, which goes especially for children.  
   A five-course menu is served for dinner (appetiser, soup, main course with a side dish, salad and dessert.) Each day, there are 2 dishes on offer which can be picked out in the morning or the day before. Guests who don't eat meat can order a vegetarian menu.  
   Food being served to guests must meet high and strict criteria. Even though dishes are predominantly international because of the nature of the guests, the chef always strives to add a touch of local cuisine.  
   Since the owners of the hotel have lived in Lopar for generations, seasonal fruits and vegetables come from their own garden. Due to high levels of salt in the air and the soil, such vegetables are much tastier and healthier.
